Return & Exchange Window • You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all packaging intact.
Eligibility ConditionsTo qualify for a return or exchange: • Shoes must be in original condition (no creases, marks, or wear). • Must include original box, tags, and packaging. • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Exchange Policy • Exchanges are allowed for size issues or manufacturing defects. • Subject to availability of the requested size/product. • If the desired product is unavailable, you may choose an alternative or store credit.
Return Policy • Returns are accepted only for: • Defective or damaged products • Incorrect item received • Once approved, you may receive: • Store credit, or • Refund to original payment method (if applicable)
Non-Returnable Items • Items purchased on sale or clearance • Products that show signs of use or damage after delivery • Customized or special-order items
Shipping Charges • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless item is defective or incorrect). • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
Inspection & Approval • All returned items are inspected upon arrival. • STACKS reserves the right to approve or reject returns based on condition.
