This Diwali, STACKS is celebrating with three lucky cash-prize winners and one growing prize pool.
For every eligible STACKS order containing at least one qualifying pair of shoes, STACKS contributes CAD $10 toward the prize pool, regardless of how many pairs of shoes are purchased in that order.
Each qualifying pair of shoes purchased earns one lucky-draw entry.
At the end of the contest, three potential winners will be selected through a random draw, subject to the Official Contest Rules.

The Contest is open to individuals who:
Are legal residents of Ontario, Canada.
Are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Comply with these Official Contest Rules.
Employees, directors and officers of Stacks Wear Canada Inc., their immediate family members and persons residing in the same household are not eligible to participate.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
During the Contest Period, every eligible STACKS order containing at least one qualifying pair of shoes earns lucky-draw entries based on the number of qualifying pairs purchased.
Each qualifying pair of shoes earns one lucky-draw ticket. However, STACKS contributes CAD $10 per eligible order to the prize pool, regardless of the number of pairs purchased in that order.

Orders containing only accessories, including belts, wallets or socks, are not eligible for purchase-based entries or prize-pool contributions.

For eligible showroom purchases:
The customer purchases one or more qualifying pairs of STACKS shoes.
STACKS verifies the order and the number of qualifying pairs.
One numbered lucky-draw ticket is issued for every qualifying pair.
The customer receives a ticket copy, and STACKS retains a matching official entry record.
STACKS contributes CAD $10 toward the prize pool for the qualifying order.
The customer may participate in the arcade-button celebration at the showroom.
The contribution is made by STACKS and is not an additional charge to the customer.
Purchasing shoes does not guarantee a prize.

Eligible individuals may enter the Contest without purchasing STACKS products through the free mail-in entry method.
There is no online free-entry form or in-store free-entry submission option.
On a plain piece of paper, clearly handwrite:
Your full legal name.
Your complete mailing address, including postal code.
Your telephone number.
Your email address.
The following statement:

Place your completed entry request in a properly addressed envelope with sufficient postage.

Each valid mail-in request will receive one official lucky-draw entry.
STACKS will assign a unique entry number to every valid mail-in entry and record it in the official master contest register.
Mail-in entries will participate in the same random draw as purchase-based entries.
A physical ticket is not required for a valid postal entry.
An eligible person may submit multiple valid mail-in entry requests.
Each accepted request provides one lucky-draw entry.
For example:
1 valid mail-in request = 1 entry.
5 valid mail-in requests = 5 entries.
10 valid mail-in requests = 10 entries.

All valid mail-in entries and purchase-based entries will participate in one combined draw.
Every valid entry will have an equal chance of selection, regardless of the entry method.

Mail-in entries must satisfy both deadlines.
Ordinary postal charges are the responsibility of the sender. No payment to STACKS is required to enter by mail.
Entries containing materially incomplete, inaccurate or illegible information may be rejected where verification is not reasonably possible, subject to applicable law.
For every eligible order containing at least one qualifying pair of STACKS shoes during the Contest Period, STACKS contributes CAD $10 to the prize pool.
The contribution is calculated per eligible shoe order, not per pair of shoes.
Regardless of whether an eligible order contains one pair, two pairs, five pairs or more, STACKS contributes CAD $10 for that order.
The final prize pool is calculated using the total number of eligible qualifying shoe orders, after applicable returns, cancellations and adjustments.

These figures are illustrative examples and are not guaranteed prize amounts.
The prize pool is funded by STACKS and not by contest entry fees.
Free mail-in entries do not generate additional CAD $10 contributions.
The final prize pool will be verified using eligible sales records and the return, cancellation and exchange procedures described in Section 12.
At the conclusion of the Contest, the verified prize pool will be divided among three confirmed winners.
First Prize — 50% of the Final Prize Pool
Second Prize — 25% of the Final Prize Pool
Third Prize — 25% of the Final Prize Pool
If the final verified prize pool is CAD $20,000:
First winner receives CAD $10,000.
Second winner receives CAD $5,000.
Third winner receives CAD $5,000.
The actual prizes depend on the final verified pool.
All prizes will be calculated and paid in Canadian dollars.
The final prize pool will be verified before the winners are confirmed and the prize amounts are announced.
STACKS may display a digital prize-pool counter at its Brampton City Centre showroom.
Customers making qualifying shoe purchases may participate in the arcade-button celebration.
The counter visually increases by CAD $10 for each eligible qualifying shoe order, regardless of the number of pairs purchased in that order.
For example:
An order containing 1 qualifying pair adds $10.
An order containing 5 qualifying pairs adds $10.
Two separate eligible qualifying orders add $20 in total.
Pressing the arcade button does not create an additional contest entry.
The arcade-button counter is a promotional display and may show a provisional amount until STACKS completes its accounting reconciliation.
The official final prize pool will be determined using verified qualifying order records, not the number of button presses or contest entries.
Every valid Contest entry will receive a unique entry number.
For qualifying showroom purchases, STACKS may issue physical numbered tickets.
The customer receives a ticket copy, and STACKS retains a matching record for the official draw.
For valid mail-in entries, STACKS assigns unique entry numbers and records them in the same official master contest register.
All valid entries will be included in one combined random draw.
A physical ticket is not required for valid mail-in entries.
Ticket numbers are used for entry identification and verification.
Participants are encouraged to retain their entry information until the winners have been confirmed.
Losing a physical ticket does not automatically invalidate a properly recorded entry if the entrant can satisfy the Sponsor's reasonable identity-verification requirements.
Each qualifying pair of shoes purchased provides one lucky-draw entry.
Each valid mail-in entry request provides one lucky-draw entry.
Multiple eligible entries are permitted in accordance with the entry procedures in Sections 2 and 3.
Every valid entry has an equal chance of selection, regardless of whether it was obtained through a qualifying purchase or the postal mail-in method.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
A participant holding multiple valid entries has more chances of being selected than a participant holding only one entry.
However, a participant may win no more than one of the three prizes.
The number of contest entries is independent of the total prize-pool contribution amount.
The official random draw will take place as follows:

The random draw is used only to select three finalists. A finalist becomes a winner only after correctly answering a mathematical skill-testing question, as described below.
Three finalists will be selected randomly from one combined pool containing every eligible purchase-based and mail-in entry. Draw Procedure Each eligible entry will be represented by one unique, identical draw slip. Purchase-based entries and valid mail-in entries will be included in the same draw container. All slips will be thoroughly mixed before selection.
Three finalists will be selected randomly.
The first finalist drawn will be eligible for First Prize, the second for Second Prize, and the third for Third Prize.
Each selection will be documented. Only one prize may be awarded to each individual. If an individual is selected as a finalist, any remaining entries belonging to that individual will be removed from subsequent selections. The draw will be conducted under the supervision of a designated representative of STACKS, with an independent witness present.
Skill-Testing Question Before being confirmed as a winner
each finalist must correctly answer a time-limited, multi-step mathematical skill-testing question without assistance of any kind, including calculators or help from other people.
Examples:
● (6 × 4) + 18 ÷ 3 = 30
● 12 × 3 − 20 ÷ 4 = 31
● 8 × 5 − 30 ÷ 6 = 44 = 35
STACKS will administer the question by telephone, video call or in person at the showroom. A finalist who answers incorrectly, or does not answer within the time allowed, will not be confirmed as a winner and will not receive a prize.
STACKS may then randomly select an alternate finalist from the remaining eligible entries, and that alternate must also answer a skill-testing question.
Finalists must also complete the verification requirements described in Section 10 before being confirmed as winners. Being selected as a finalist does not automatically guarantee a prize.
Potential winners will be contacted using the telephone number or email address provided with their entry information.
Each selected entrant must respond within 10 calendar days of the Sponsor's first notification attempt.
To be officially confirmed as a winner, a selected entrant must:
Satisfy the Contest's eligibility requirements.
Provide reasonable verification of identity.
Correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question without assistance.
Complete any applicable winner declaration and release documentation.
If a selected entrant fails to satisfy these requirements, is found ineligible, or does not respond within the stated period, STACKS may randomly select an alternate eligible entrant.
Alternate selections will follow the same verification process.
All three cash prizes will be paid in Canadian dollars.
Payment Method: INTERAC E-TRANSFER, OR BUSINESS CHEQUE
Confirmed winners will receive their prizes within 10 calendar days after completing the required verification process.
No winner will be required to purchase STACKS products or pay a claiming fee to receive their prize.
STACKS will take reasonable steps to distribute all prizes promptly and in accordance with applicable law.
If one or more qualifying pairs of shoes are returned, refunded or cancelled before the official prize draw, the purchase-based contest entries associated with those pairs will be cancelled, subject to applicable law.
If at least one qualifying pair remains in the original order, the CAD $10 contribution for that order will remain in the prize pool.
If all qualifying pairs in an order are returned, refunded or cancelled, all purchase-based entries associated with that order will be cancelled, and the CAD $10 contribution for that order will be deducted from the prize pool.
A customer purchases five qualifying pairs of shoes in a single order.
The customer receives five contest entries, and STACKS contributes CAD $10 to the prize pool.
If the customer returns two pairs before the draw:
Two purchase-based entries are cancelled.
Three purchase-based entries remain eligible.
The original CAD $10 contribution remains in the prize pool.
If all five pairs are returned or refunded before the draw:
All five purchase-based entries are cancelled.
The CAD $10 contribution is deducted from the prize pool.
Exchanging one qualifying pair of shoes for another qualifying pair will not generate an additional entry or contribution.
The original eligible entry will remain valid, subject to the Contest Rules.
All returns, exchanges, cancellations and adjustments will be recorded and reconciled before the final prize pool is announced.
STACKS will collect personal information reasonably necessary to administer the Contest, including:
Full legal name.
Mailing address.
Telephone number.
Email address.
Entry number and entry method.
Relevant purchase reference, if applicable.
Information reasonably necessary for identity and winner verification.
Personal information will be used to:
Register and verify contest entries.
Confirm eligibility.
Prevent fraudulent participation.
Contact selected entrants.
Administer the winner-selection process.
Distribute prizes.
Resolve contest-related inquiries and disputes.
Participating in the Contest does not automatically constitute consent to receive marketing emails, promotional messages, text messages or other unrelated advertising.
Any optional marketing participation will be handled separately in accordance with applicable Canadian laws.
Personal information will be retained only as long as reasonably necessary to administer the Contest, verify winners, distribute prizes, resolve disputes and meet applicable legal obligations.
After the applicable retention period, information will be securely deleted or anonymized in accordance with STACKS' retention policies and applicable law.

STACKS may photograph or record the promotional arcade-button display, prize-pool screen and public winner-announcement activities.
Participation in the Contest does not automatically authorize STACKS to publish a participant's identifiable photograph, personal contact information or testimonial for unrelated promotional purposes.
Where legally required or otherwise appropriate, STACKS will obtain separate permission before using identifiable personal material.
Winners' personal contact information will not be publicly disclosed.
Stacks Wear Canada Inc. reserves the right to verify entries and investigate suspected fraud, manipulation, duplicate registration or administrative errors.
Any correction, disqualification, suspension, cancellation or modification will be handled in accordance with applicable law and these Official Contest Rules.
STACKS will not arbitrarily change the prize-allocation percentages after the Contest begins.
In the event of a technical error affecting the arcade-button counter, the official prize pool will be determined from verified eligible order records.
All decisions relating to entry verification and prize administration will be made reasonably, consistently and in accordance with applicable law.
The Contest is governed by applicable federal laws of Canada and provincial laws of Ontario.
If any provision conflicts with mandatory applicable legal requirements, those legal requirements will prevail.
